I fixed an “Easy Corn Muffin Casserole” for the Memorial Day potluck. It can be either a casserole or cornbread and I usually cut mine up like cornbread. It is easy, quick, and delicious. Enjoy.
Ingredients: 3/4 cup flour 2/3 cup sugar large eggs 3/4 cup milk butter 3 ripe pears (cut in small pieces) Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees Mix flour, sugar, eggs and milk in mixer until creamy and lump-free.
