- 6 eggs
- 1 quart milk
- 1/2 pint heavy cream
- 1/2 pint medium cream
- 1/2 pint brandy
- 1/2 pint rum
- 3/4 cup sugar
- Separate eggs. Beat the yolks.
- Add sugar slowly.
- Add the liquor.
- Add the milk.
- Add the medium cream.
- Beat the egg whites until they are stiff. Mix them into the top.
- Pour in the heavy cream.
- Top with a little nutmeg (optional).
