Carjacking and robbery suspect arrested Monday morning
Richmond police officers responded to a call, late Sunday night, from a woman saying she was robbed and carjacked at gunpoint on the 2600 block of Duke Avenue, said Richmond police sergeant Nicole Abetkov.
