A man shot and killed in Richmond while driving his car Saturday morning was identified Monday by the Contra Costa County Coroner as Daly City resident Rodel Sarmiento. The 43-year-old’s death occurred on Chanslor Avenue near 18th Street. Richmond Police spokeswoman Detective Nicole Abetkov said no one else was injured. Roy Hill III, a 22-year-old Richmond resident, was shot dead while sitting in his car on the 2700 block of Ohio Avenue in Richmond Sunday afternoon.
