The East Bay Economic Development Alliance celebrated creativity and innovation at its first annual awards ceremony Thursday. Two successful restaurateurs are set to bring their award-winning cuisine to the Richmond Craneway Pavilion this February, replacing the Boilerhouse restaurant, which closed in December.
