Video: Disco single saves lives

Who would’ve thought that the 1970s disco hit “Stayin’ Alive” would one day literally help people stay alive?

That’s what the American Heart Association told Richmond residents Thursday afternoon during their cross-country CPR training tour, appropriately titled “Stayin’ Alive.” The tour uses the single to help participants correctly perform hands-only CPR. Watch the video to see how this community trained to become potential heroes.
