Oil spill experts tell Richmond group they’re prepared

A pair of oil spill experts told the Point Richmond Neighborhood Council Wednesday they learned valuable lessons during both the Cosco Busan spill and the current disaster in the Gulf Coast, making them better-prepared this time around.
