Break in at the Richmond Chamber of Commerce

Unknown persons broke into the Richmond Chamber of Commerce early Wednesday.

According to WCCUSD Superintendent Bruce Harter, "Measure M will help improve safety, keep our class sizes smaller and restore some key arts programs in our neighborhood schools."
