A man shot and killed in Richmond while driving his car Saturday morning was identified Monday by the Contra Costa County Coroner as Daly City resident Rodel Sarmiento. The 43-year-old’s death occurred on Chanslor Avenue near 18th Street. Richmond Police spokeswoman Detective Nicole Abetkov said no one else was injured. Roy Hill III, a 22-year-old Richmond resident, was shot dead while sitting in his car on the 2700 block of Ohio Avenue in Richmond Sunday afternoon. The Contra Costa County Coroner has identified the victim of Tuesday morning’s shooting on the 300 block of 28th Street in Richmond as 19-year-old Dimarea Young, a Richmond resident. According to Richmond Police Detective Nicole Abetkov, two other victims were also injured during the shooting. They were taken to a local hospital where they received treatment for non-life threatening injuries. A man shot and killed last week at the Richmond BART station was identified Monday by the Contra Costa County Coroner as San Pablo resident Raymond Harris.
