Where is this in Richmond? Challenge 2

Richmond Confidential welcomes you to the second edition of our weekly guessing game. The seven images above have been carefully shot, giving you just enough information to try to guess where and what this is.

Aside from the photos, here are three clues to get you started:

  1. The cement from one end to the other symbolizes the length of a Liberty Ship.
  2. The circular structure represents the “stack.
  3. You’re not going to be able to get to his location by car.

    this looks like the veiw from inside the digester at the wastewater plant on Canal Blvd, looking up through the hole in the cover…..where’s that duck tape?

    Rosie the Riveter Memorial at Marina Bay Park
    You can’t get to it unless you park your car and walk through a portion of the park to the waters edge.
