Remember, Richmond had high murder rates in the ’90s and we weren’t involved in any foreign wars then. Yet there wasn’t anymore federal dollars coming here then,than there is now.

We need to stop blaming others for the lack of leadership and problem solving locally.

If money was the only solution to every problem, why has there been no improvement in the unemployment situation nation wide when there was $800 billion dollars spent or allocated to stimulate the economy.

BTW, what did Richmond spend its $20 million stimulus dollars on????
