Now I've retired and turned my attention to Richmond where I live. Cheasty and his organization fought very hard against having a casino/card room and big development at the Golden Gate fields. I wonder if he would have agreed to that development on Albany's shoreline if those developers would have promised some cash. Is North Richmond and Richmond different?
