A favorite trick of casino employers is to cash the employees paycheck on site and give the employees certain number of free drinks. This increases the liklihood that the employee will gamble with their hard earned wages. It is a matter of record on how much of that paycheck acyually makes it home. Gioia and the rest need to do the research. The numbers are disturbing. This must be addressed prior to any claim of increased living wage jobs being provided by the project.
